The ACE for PTSD Program is led by qualified mental health practitioners, and is a trauma-informed initiative for Veterans and first responders.

It uses a two-phase approach to enhance cognitive function, attention, memory, and executive skills in individuals with PTSD.

Through personalized assessments, education, skill-building, and emotional support, participants gain tools for sustained mental health improvement. Veterans may be eligible for full coverage through their K Number benefits. 

Phase One:  This phase includes a combination of educational and practical sessions, offering evidence-based strategies to manage PTSD symptoms and improve daily functioning.

Phase Two: Provides guided emotional processing, peer support, and deeper integration of the strategies learned in phase one.
