The ACE for ADHD Program is led by qualified mental health practitioners, including a two-phase program developed specifically for Veterans and first responders to provide the education, tools, and support necessary to manage ADHD effectively. 

Many with ADHD struggle with focus, impulsivity, emotional regulation, time management, and organization. This program is designed to help address these challenges by providing practical strategies and expert guidance tailored to the unique experiences of those who have served. 

Veterans may be eligible for full coverage through their K Number benefits. 

Phase One:  This phase includes a combination of educational and practical sessions, offering evidence-based strategies to manage ADHD symptoms and improve daily functioning.

✓ Lifestyle strategies: nutrition, movement, and sleep
✓ Stress management and emotional regulation
✓ Executive function skills and organization tools
✓ Building support networks and self-advocacy

P​hase Two :   Ensures long-term success by reinforcing skills learned in Phase One while providing continued guidance through structured follow-up sessions.
